This shot was taken in Yokohama Chinatown. These days, as well as the restaurants, the area is lined with “fortune-telling” stores. The word “占い” in the photo is that store.
This shot, was a test of high shutter speed at night, I tried ISO 6400 , F16 , SS 1/1600.
